Frankincense (Boswelia Frereana), Lavender (Lavendula angustifolia), Fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii), Myrrh (Commiphora myrrha), Spikenard (Nardostachys jatamansi), Hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis), Cedarwood (Cedrus atlantica), Rose (Rosa damascena), Cinnamon Bark (Cinnamon zeylanicum)

Properties and Uses:
Infection fighting and immune stimulating. The oils used in Ancient Healing are anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-viral. May help abscesses, ear infections, flu-like symptoms and so on. This blend also may help increase mental alertness, physical equilibrium, memory and cellular vitality. It may help stimulate the hypothalamus and pituitary glands.

Application:
Topical: Rub on wrists, behind the ears, across the base of neck, temples and bottoms of feet (may need dilution)

Inhalation: Diffuse

Internal: Suitable for dietary use. Suggested use is 1 drop Ancient Healing to 4 drops vegetable oil in a capsule, three times daily (before each meal) for serious infection fighting power.


Safety:
Use with caution if susceptible to epilepsy. Possible skin sensitivity. Avoid eye contact. In case of accidental contact, put a few drops of any pure vegetable oil in the eye. Water will not adequately dilute the oil. We’ve never known this to cause permanent injury or long-term discomfort, but if you feel concerned, please call your doctor if necessary.
