Migraine Relief
Basil (Cupressus sempervirens), Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), Marjoram (Origanum majorana), Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile), Helichrysum Blend (Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea), Elemi (Canarium luzonicum), Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile), Idaho Tansy (Tanecetum vulgare), Birch (Betula lenta) and Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata)

Migraine headaches, other aches and pain

Many believe that the vast majority of migraine headaches may be due to colon congestion or poor digestion. Migraines may occur when the body pH is excessively high. Raw fruit, vegetables and nuts may help balance pH.

Migraine Tonic
1 TB Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (you must use the organic, raw, unfiltered)
1 TB Local Raw Honey (if local honey is not available, then at least use raw - unprocessed)
1 Cup pure Water

Application:
Migraine Relief is specially formulated for migraine headaches. Put a couple of drops in your palm. Rub hands together clockwise; then cup hands over your nose and breathe deeply. Put on temples, forehead, and brain stem (back of neck at skull).  Massage on thumbs and big toes. Can be used for many types of pain issues as desired.

Safety:
May be irritating to those with sensitive skin. Avoid eye contact. In case of accidental contact, put a few drops of any pure vegetable oil in the eye. Water will not adequately dilute the oil. We’ve never known this to cause permanent injury or long-term discomfort, but if you feel concerned, please call your doctor if necessary.
