is made by our good friends at Dairy Meadow Farm. Goat's Milk Soap is rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals. It has been revered for its superior moisturizing properties. Goat's Milk contains capric and caprilic acids that naturally balance the alkalinity of the soap so that it helps to balance the alkalinity level of the human epidermis. This keeps the skin and hair from being "robbed" of their natural moisture, which is a common problem with commercial soaps and shampoos. Glycerine is a naturally occurring byproduct of the soap making process. It is not an ingredient that is added, but forms during the saponification process. Glycerine moisturizes and soothes the skin, maintains the natural moisture level in the soap contributing to a longer lasting bar. All homemade soaps are glycerin soap. Glycerine is a humectant, drawing moisture to the skin, allowing it to remain hydrated and soft.
Dairy Meadow Soaps uses our therapeutic quality essential oils in their soaps.
