Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Eucalyptus Globulus (Eucalyptus Globulus), Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia), Thyme ct. Linalool (Thymus vulgaris), Birch (Betula lenta)

Properties
Anti-infectious and useful for respiratory and sinus infections. It is a decongestant, but it is also helpful for rheumatism, arthritis, joint and muscle pain.

Application
Topical:  May need to dilute, especially if used on tender skin such as the face. Apply to bottoms of feet, forehead, on the bony part around the eyes and on the nose.

Inhalation:  Diffuse


Testimony
This is how I use the Nasal Rescue
Suggested Use for Neti Pot:  
In a 1 quart glass jar, add
1 tsp Celtic Gray Sea Salt and
1-2 drops Nasal Rinse blend (use 1 drop first and make sure it's not too strong for you before using 2 drops)
Mix well so the EO's are absorbed into the salt.
Add 1 cup pure or filtered boiling water (not tap water). Stir to dissolve salt.
Add pure cool water until body temperature.


Safety:
Avoid eye contact. In case of accidental contact, put a few drops of any pure vegetable oil in the eye. Water will not adequately dilute the oil. We’ve never known this to cause permanent injury or long-term discomfort, but if you feel concerned, please call your doctor if necessary.
